Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products
  • Used items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged by the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment option used.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash

Customers must provide accurate payment details for refund processing.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
